You are paid for your work, under your name
Contractors invoice Caldorin for hours or milestones. You never lend credentials, identities, or marketplace accounts to anyone, and we will never ask.
Clients know who is on their project
Every engineer is introduced to the client by name and role. Work is delivered transparently from Caldorin, never through a third party's profile.

Senior full-stack engineer
Contract · 30–40 h/week
Remote · 4h overlap with US Eastern
Own features end to end on client web platforms: data model, typed API, and interface. You will demo your work to clients weekly.
- 5+ years shipping production TypeScript
- Comfortable with Postgres, Next.js, and at least one cloud
- Writes clearly; can run a client call without a script
ML engineer, evaluation
Contract · project-based
Remote
Design rubrics, build evaluation harnesses, and run red-team probes for LLM products and model releases.
- Hands-on with LLM evaluation tooling and statistics
- Strong Python; comfortable reading model outputs critically
- Experience with annotation QA and agreement metrics
Mobile engineer
Contract · per project
Remote
Ship cross-platform apps with native polish: offline sync, push, deep links, and store releases.
- React Native or Flutter in production, plus native module experience
- Has shipped to both stores and handled review cycles
- Cares about performance on mid-range Android
